US Gulf of Mexico

In 2022, Waldorf acquired non-operated working interests in the Stonefly (5%) and Praline (10%) providing entry to the deep water US Gulf of Mexico market with interests in producing oil fields with significant remaining life.

In addition, Waldorf have also acquired deepwater US GoM ORRIs (Overriding Royalty Interests) in nine producing fields with 15 producing wells operated by six well established operators – Santa Cruz/Genovesa, Big Bend, BWO/La Femme, Claiborne, Spruance, Barataria/SSC, South Timbalier and Khaleesi.
